Need a room in November? Fancy a private bathroom?

Hello! My flatmate Kumar is heading off to work from home in Portugal (as you do), leaving a double room free in Seven Sisters from November 1st.

- THE ROOM/FLAT -
The room is a decent size and comes with a double bed, a big wardrobe and lots of drawers. As I have a little shower room next to my bedroom, you would have sole use of the proper full bathroom! There's also a nice little back garden and an open-plan living room/kitchen with a dishwasher.

- ME -
I'm from Birmingham and I work in TV. You may have to put up with me watching nonsense like EastEnders and hogging the wok (I cook pretty much everything in it).

- LOCATION -
Seven Sisters station = 10-minute walk
King's Cross = 8 minutes on the Victoria Line
Oxford Circus = 13 minutes on the Victoria Line
Liverpool Street = 19 minutes on the overground
Tesco Superstore = 10-minute walk
Wood Green Shopping Centre = 12-minute bus ride

- THE MONEY -
Deposit = £750
Rent = £700/month
Bills = Around £115/month
