The perks:
The house is gorgeous, lovingly decorated and cared for. There is a fully equipped garden with a BBQ and terrace. And there is a little veggie patch at the front! Olivia has recently acquired an upright piano – what glee 😊.
Wooden floors downstairs and soft carpets upstairs, great daylight and therefore heaps of plants, plenty of space for books, a bath, dishwasher, Mary Poppins style under-the-stairs storage, and lovely helpful neighbours.

The people:
We are Olivia and Sarah (30s cis-females) working in charities/non-profits in communications and research respectively. We are social, friendly, and up for hanging out, but also independent, and queer.
This is a LGBTQIA+ friendly house. Intersectionality is very much respected.
Baking and cooking will take place. There are two lovely cats. And green-fingeredness from any and all is appreciated to keep the lush garden paradise we have.

The atmosphere:
This is a wholesome, inclusive, and open house. Looking for people who value openness and communication, sharing, gardening, an eye for good streetside finds, music, and podcasts.
Olivia has lived here for a year, and adores it.

The coordinates:
A five-minute walk from plenty of buses and Seven Sisters station (Victoria line – Central London within 15 minutes, Train - Stansted within 45 minutes. Overground - Liverpool Street within 25 minutes).
A stumble away from True Craft (awesome beer and pizza). A swimming pool/ gym, big Tesco, and retail park (incl. Lidl) are only a short walk away, and there are lovely parks nearby too.
