Hi!

We are looking for a new housemate to come join our awesome converted warehouse positioned between Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale.

--- ROOM
The room is very spacious with a high ceiling, a window, and a wooden mezzanine fitting a double mattress. The room comes with a wardrobe, a desk, a sofa, and a double mattress.

--- FLATMATES
We are 4 young professionals (late-20s early 30s) working in London. This is not a party house, although we enjoy drinks and dinners together from time to time.

--- HOUSE
There are 5 bedrooms in total and a spacious kitchen-living room with a skylight ceiling: full of natural light on sunny days and super cosy in the rain.

The hall has space to hang your bike if you bring one, and there is off-street parking available. Our front door opens out onto a private alley accessed by a security gate.

--- AREA + TRANSPORTS
Fountayne Road is a real up-and-coming area with a community feel. There are a couple of nice coffee shops and bars only 5 minutes away from our doorstep.

Just behind our place, there is an amazing park and the River Lea canal which goes all the way to Hackney and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, great for running, cycling, and hanging out with the squirrels.

Nearby we also have Tottenham Hale retail park - Lidl, B&Q, Wilko, Argos, etc, and a big Tesco, plus a 24-hr gym. There's an Ikea fairly close by too!

The area is very well connected by train with the Victoria line (Night tube!), London Overground, and National Rail services to Stansted Airport & Liverpool Street all within easy reach (<10-minute walk).

Our place is located not far from the main road so there are numerous buses with direct routes to Shoreditch, Dalston, Stoke Newington, etc.

- The rent is £820 per month, all bills and superfast broadband included.
