Double bedroom to rent in my lovely flat with small (friendly) dog. The place is furnished and is located just ten mins walk from Seven Sisters tube station, and mins from lots of nice local food shops and a huge Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s.

There’s some nice pubs and new bars within walking distance as well as local parks etc, and Haringey Green lanes (with restaurants and Finsbury Park) is short walk away.

I'm looking for a lovely, mature and friendly person who is like-minded and relaxed. The home is a sanctuary from the world, so is a relaxed environment. So, someone who likes this and who is is clean, tidy, independent and up for a Netflix wine and chat sesh sometimes would be ideal.

The flat is not suitable for someone who works from home.

The room is furnished with a bed, three
-door wardrobe, small bookshelf and large chest of drawers.

Must love dogs.
