Must be pet friendly as I have 1 outdoor/indoor cats who is extremely friendly, house trained & non problematic.
Ideally looking for a female tenant who's mindful of my privacy. I'm very considerate of those that like their own space.
I am socialable, but quite busy as I'm work from home as well as running my online business. The flat is quite spacious so you'll have the luxury of not bumping into me all the time as our rooms are quite far apart.
You'll have full access to the garden which you can see the view from your bedroom as on ground floor. So you'll have plenty of natual light and its a private garden well kept which i rarely use lol.
I live on residential road, ground floor on a very quite road. You will only be sharing with myself and I for the most part live a quite, private, and peaceful life.
Many shops, 24hrs off licenses, two big supermarkets, banks, post office. I am 5 minutes walking distance from Tottenham Hale retail Park where you'll be exposed to a variety of retail shops, supermarkets & Tottenham Hale station Victoria line in not far from the retail park. Gyms (Easygym 1 million pound renovation, best north London gym floor) and many more useful things at a walking distance of the property.
