1 Double Room sublet in international house

Looking for someone to take over my super cosy double room with a beautiful bow window (facing south), located between Holloway Road and Finsbury Park!
Ideally from September 1st to end of September (dates are flexible).

THE ROOM

With a warm ceiling light, wooden furniture, and wooden floors and a bookshelf. The room is located in the front, ground floor. All furniture in the pictures will be staying. A recent addition to the room is projector and pull down projector screen.

RENT & BILLS

1000£ all bills included, which cover water, electricity, gas, and wifi.

THE HOUSE

The house has six bedrooms over four floors. There are three bathrooms, and you'll be sharing two of those with four housemates. One of those bathrooms has a shower and toilet, and the other has a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower. There are also extra shelves in the bathrooms, as well as next to their entrance, which you can use to store all your skincare products. The ground floor has a shared kitchen which opens up into a living room and a garden. The kitchen is fully-furnished including an induction hob, oven, two fridges and freezers, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. You'll get your own storage space in one of the fridges, as well as a large cupboard. We share some kitchen basics like olive oil or garlic, but you can opt out of those depending on what you use for your own cooking! The living room has two tables, and we have a projector which we use to watch shows and movies. The garden is huge, we store bikes there all year round.

LOCATION

The house is located in a super quiet street near Holloway Road, so you get the best of both worlds! We're within walking distance to three tube stops: Holloway Road (Picadilly line), Finsbury Park (Picadilly and Victoria lines), and Arsenal (Picadilly Line). We're also right next to three large supermarkets: Lidl, Morrisons, and Waitrose, as well as tons of local food shops! Market stalls pop up several times a week too, offering really cheap fruits and vegetables. There's some really nice pubs and cafés around, like the Swimmers and Jolene which we love going to on the weekends. For some greenery, Finsbury Park, Caledonian Park, and the Parkland Walk are all really close-by and super nice to walk to on a sunny day.

ATMOSPHERE

You'd be sharing the house with five other housemates, all professionals, and it's a pretty international group with italian, australian, americans, french origins. We're all good friends, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a home rather than just share a house.
