We are looking for a 3rd flatmate to share our lovely 3 bedroom apartment near Finsbury Park!

The flat is a 10 minute walk away from Finsbury Park station and 15 minute walk to the overground. There are also multiple bus stops within 4 minutes with direct links to North London, Central, and Hackney!

It is also located within a 5 minute walk to all the grocery stores you could dream of! (Including a Morrisons, Lidl, Waitrose, and so many independent/ local grocers)

The flat is a 3 bedroom split across 2 floors . The flat has a renovated kitchen, living room, and separate toliet and bathroom. The room itself is extremely spacious and comes with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe.

A few logistics:
1. Rent is £792 per month + bills (approx £100-150pm)
2. The security deposit is £692
3. It is available from April 1st onwards

You would be living with two females in their mid 20s working in sustainability and finance. As a house, we’ve really enjoyed having dinners and spending time together.
