📍 Location: Dalston, with great transport links, plenty of independent cafés, bars, restaurants and shops nearby. It’s a brilliant spot for enjoying East London, with easy access to central London.

Rent: £1,130 per month
Bills: Approximately £180 per month (Council Tax Band D + Electricity, Water and Wifi)
