I have a double room available in a two-bedroom flat in Shadwell available from 11 January 2027

I’ve been living in the flat for a year and am looking for someone who would be a good fit to share the space with.

* Bills: Approximately £200 per month, slightly less during the summer

* Deposit: £1,000, protected in a tenancy deposit protection scheme

The successful applicant will need to pass referencing and meet the affordability requirement of earning at least 2.5 times the rent.

I work full-time in fashion and part-time as a bartender. I’m easygoing and chilled, enjoy a friendly home environment, but also value my own space and privacy.

I also have a cat 🐈‍⬛ She mostly stays in my room, so I’m ideally looking for someone who is comfortable living with cats.
