All tenants are queer/pre-exsisiting friends and we are looking for someone who will be apart of our flat and not just a stranger. We are all in a contract with our landlord and will need to replace the person leaving meaning you will have to pay for a stake of the secuirty deposit and have a guarentour and proof of income. Our rent is £786 paid every 1st and our bills are typically £80pm. We live 10 mins from tower hill station and are in the heart of central London which gives you perfect commute times, this is most likely the cheapest you will find rent for such a central area.
