Double room short term sublet September

Hi everyone,

I am subletting my lovely room for one month as I am leaving the country for work before the end of the lease which will be on the 30/09. Therefore my room becomes available from the 28/08 at the earliest until the 28/09 at the latest. Would prefer to rent for a whole month but would consider shorter stays.

The room: big bright room, lots of light thanks to the big windows, double bed, furnished with a tall dresser and a large chest of drawers plus a small 2 drawers bedside table with a lamp.

The flat: 3 bedroom flat so I have 2 lovely flatmates, Hugo and Adam who are in their late twenties, both professionals, super chilled and respectful. It's not a party house but we do like to socialise. You will be sharing a big bright living room with access to a small balcony (if you're a smoker you will need to keep your smoking outside), a big kitchen all equipped with a big fridge, oven, gas stove and washing machine, a main bathroom with bathtub and a separate smaller bathroom with the toilets and a small shower. 2nd floor of a quiet residential building with elevator access.

The location is great: Sainsbury's right behind the flat for grocery shopping, 10min away from the Central line in white city (which brings you to Oxford Circus in less than 20min), 5min away from Shepherds bush area with a lot of restaurants and shops, 15min away from Westfield shopping centre... Also close to the District and circle line in Wood Lane and the Overground in Shepherds Bush.

The rent: £800 for the whole month all bills included, or £185 per week all included. One week deposit and rent payment in advance is required.
