Appliances are full-sized AAA rated, and include a dishwasher and a tumble dryer alongside a washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob, and externally vented (to prevent cooking smells) extractor fan.

The flat is ideal for two sharers -perhaps siblings or a pair of friends - looking for long-term stability. Please note, due to the flat’s layout it isn’t suitable for groups of sharers, nor a group of three with one intending to adapt the reception space.

The flat is owned and managed by an experienced landlord who lives locally. There are no fees to pay except the DPS deposit. Rent is payable in advance on or before the 1st of every month, and a deposit equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent is required to be held by the DPS.

You will need to provide written references from your employer and current landlord, 6 months’ bank statements and payslips, proof of your current address such as a council tax bill, and proof of your eligibility to live and work in the UK.

The flat is available to view immediately by kind consent of the incumbent tenants. There is no “first-comers’ advantage”, but preference will be given to organised tenants who are able to provide documents immediately and move in quickly.
