The room is on the first floor and is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. It has large wardrobes offering good storage, drawers a small desk, bedside tables and a TV.

There is an en-suite shower, small basin and toilet.

The house has a large shared open-plan living-dining room and large shared, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave, 5-ring stove and double-oven.

There is a conservatory and a large garden with outdoor seating, deck and dining area.
There is secure parking for bikes.
The house is a few minutes walk from several gyms/ sports clubs , some with tennis and padel (David Lloyd/ Mode Club/Fitness First /Everyone Active)

Westfield shopping centre in about 15-20 minutes walk away - or there are frequent buses.

Also within easy walking distance of several pubs and restaurants along Uxbridge Road and Askew Road.

There are good transport links - best tube stations are Shepherds Bush, and East Acton on the Central Line or Shepherds Bush Market on the Hammersmith & City Line. The stop for the 228, 260 and 272 buses is less than a minute away, with lots of other bus stops only 5 minutes walk.

I am a friendly, open, happy, female professional. I would like to share my home with someone with a similar disposition.

There is one other Monday- Thursday lodger in a separate en-suite room.
