The room is on the first floor and it has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and your own fridge. It is comfortable but not big. Storage is limited, If you have hundreds of shoes and clothes and suitcases, this room IS NOT for you! Bills and council tax inclusive except the electricity in each studio which is paid for by the tenant (£10-12 a month) depending on use. The electricity in the commons parts is paid for by the landlord.
There is no living room, only shared kitchen.

A preferred tenant would be a professional in full time employment (not working from home) or a mature university student. Non-smoker. All nationalities and genders most welcome.

Our house is a 5 bedroom townhouse well-appointed and well looked after by an attentive, professional landlord. Weekly cleaner for the common parts, fire alarm and smoke detectors fitted throughout. Decent size kitchen with the usual amenities oven, hob, toaster, kettle and microwave, shared freezer for extra food space storage. Washing machine and dryer. Our house is quiet and respectful, all tenants are professionals in full-time employment or mature students.
