Description

Hi Spare Room world :) I have a lovely, calm and light one bedroom part-furnished flat available for an equally zen occupant who loves nature and the sound of birds in the morning. The flat is just by the top edge of Ravenscourt Park with so many great transport links, pubs, shops and green spaces within easy walking distance.

About Me:
Due to Covid a few years ago, I had to leave the flat quite abruptly and I have just not quite returned due to circumstances changing. I had a lovely tenant in for 5 years but she has just moved to be closer to the river!

About You:
I am looking for someone who will treat the flat as their own. I have a neighbour downstairs who is very quiet and a teacher who works long hours, so would need someone who will be respectful of that. The flat is part furnished, but it will be yours to make your own, so we can chat through if anything more needs to stay/go/move.

About the Flat:

* First (top) floor of a converted terrace house in a quiet street
* Large, light living room with TV and fold-out dining table
* Large bedroom with king size bed
* Bathroom including bath and shower
* Good size kitchen with all white goods and kitchen equipment including a brand new oven (but you are responsible for maintaining/replacing if needed)
* Secure outside bike lock
* Part furnished - all the necessary items included such as sofa, bed+mattress, TV, dining table+chairs
* A parking permit can be arranged if required at additional cost
* All bills included in rent (water, gas, electric, council tax, TV licence) except internet connectivity (can be included if you don’t want to sort yourself though)

Location/Transport Links:
The flat is in such an amazing location. Ravenscourt park is a 5 minute walk away and great for running/exercise. The river is only a 20 minute stroll away with plenty of pubs to enjoy the views. Shepherds Bush and Westfield White City is a 15 minute walk or 7 minute bus away, which has literally all the shops you could ever need. And you can be in central London in 15 mins taking the central line from She Bu. Chiswick and the large Sainsburys is a 10 min bus ride/drive. Hammersmith is a 7 min bus ride or 20 min walk away with more shops, pubs and transport links.

Nearby Shops, Pubs etc:
Westville Road is just off Askew Road which is fab, I really love it. There's two Co-ops, a Sainsburys and a Tesco all within 5 mins walk. There's a Costa, Gail’s and a couple more coffee shops/bakeries/eateries, a couple of boutique stores, the famous Ginger Pig, and plenty of takeaway places. The Eagle pub is 2 min walk away and has an amazingly large and gorgeous garden and The Oak pub is a 5 min walk and does fab pizzas and red wine!

Parking:
There is usually plenty of parking space along the road, and it is free from 5pm - 9am and at weekends. For short stay parking, the RingGo cashless payment system is available. If you have a vehicle, I can talk you through options to get a permit for a longer stay.

Viewings:
I can do viewings from Wednesday 4th February looking to fill ASAP after that.

Thank you!
