The room is located on the top floor of a Victorian house, which is home to a family of two Italian professionals, their young daughter (10yo) and 2 kittens (that don’t have access to the attic room).

It is a very spacious attic room to rent, long-medium term, to a professional/student, clean, tidy and friendly. The room is very luminous and quiet. It provides an en-suit bathroom with large shower, a desk, a double bed and plenty of storage.

The house comprises:
- on the ground floor, which is shared with the lodger, a spacious kitchen facing the rear private garden, a living room, a front terrace;
- on the first floor, three rooms (two bedrooms and an office), one bathroom and a toilette.

The house is located at the bottom of a lovely and quite u-bend, near to Shepherds Bush Market station (7min walk), several buses (3min walk), and several grocery shops/supermarket (2-8min walk).

Westfield is about 10min walk.
