The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 2 bathrooms in a great location. 1 minute from Shepherds Bush tube and overground stations offering excellent transport facilities and large selection of shops and supermarkets. Ideal for professional and responsible female, clean and tidy, no smoking.
2 females currently live in the flat and I am looking for 3rd female to join. I am owner of the flat and I live here with 1 girl who is renting 1 room. I have 2nd room for rent, available from 21 November. I have my own bathroom, and you will be sharing bathroom with 1 person and open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area with 2 people. Kitchen has washing machine/dryer, American style fridge freezer, dining table and sofa.
Bedroom is furnished and has double bed, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers. fitted 3x door wardrobe, desk with chair.
I am looking for clean and responsible person (to leave bathroom/kitchen/dining/sitting areas always clean after using it plus we have a weekly cleaning rota between us), for someone who is not working from home and is looking for a quiet and safe place, somewhere to relax.
I am flexible on length of stay, from 6 month onwards.
All bills are included in the rent (council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet).
The flat is on the 4th floor in a purpose-build block called Shepherds Court with 2x lifts, located on Shepherds Bush Green, 1 minute walk from Shepherds Bush Tube station and Overground station plus loads of buses.
