This professional and friendly household is looking for one considerate, clean and friendly person to share our home.

The room is on the lower ground floor, quiet, please see floor plan. Available from the 20th May

Warm and welcoming room with wardrobes chest of drawers and shelving. All rooms in the house are en-suite.

All bills, a weekly cleaner and fast broadband are included in your rent.

Shared spaces -
The typically Victorian high ceiling entrance hall leads to the living room. Three comfy sofas and big TV make for snug evenings and the large bay windows and mirrors for bright days.

The kitchen has a huge amount of storage and two large fridge freezers, so there’s plenty of room for everyone’s belongings. There’s a large dining table and access to the west facing garden. In the basement you’ll find a whole separate laundry area with separate washer and dryer.

The west facing garden has outdoor furniture, a BBQ and plenty of sun - it is a wonderful space.

Your housemates consist of 2 females and 3 males - we all professional we have respect for each other's space. It is also great to be able to have a friendly chat, drink or shared dinner.

This house has a great central location. Fantastic transport links, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, music venues and a theatre as well as a large gym with swimming pool and tennis courts are at the top of the road. And for the more serious shoppers, the Westfield centre is only a 12 minutes' walk away.
