We're looking to fill the room with a professional who is tidy, friendly and non-smoking. Sorry no couples, smokers or pets. You will be sharing with one professional male and two professional female who are in their late 20’s and early 30’s. Given that the flat share does not have a cleaner, it is important that anyone interested in the room be willing to contribute to the communal cleaning arrangement. We are a sociable (but not party) flat who enjoy the odd glass of wine together when we're about, but we all have pretty hectic work and social lives, so someone who is independent, friendly and who already knows London is preferable.
