Double Room Short Term Lodger Shepherd's Bush

I am looking for a short term lodger between now and Christmas in my flat in Shepherd's Bush. I plan to sell the flat and so am just looking for someone in the short term. It is a large four bedroom flat but I am only looking to rent out one room for ease, so there should be a lot of space and privacy.

The flat is split over two floors with a large open plan kitchen. It has hardwood floors throughout, underfloor heating and two modern bathrooms, so you would have use of your own bathroom and shower.

The flat also has a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed. It is at the back of the house so is light and quiet.

This room is only suitable for a single female as I don't really want to rent to a couple or have any extra overnight guests.

I live in the flat about half of the week so it would be a nice flexible space. Please note I have a small dog (a whippet) so this would suit someone who likes dogs and has no allergies.

The rent includes all bills and council tax.
