Energy bills are included within the monthly fee subject to a fair usage policy. A one off fee of £195.00 is payable for council tax, paid at the start of the residency that covers the entire stay within the property. Broadband and cleaning is provided as a complimentary service.

This cosy five bedroom house has a lovely living room and new large kitchen dining room. The kitchen at the back of the property leads out onto the rear garden. The shared bathroom is shared with 4 residents with an additional WC.
