Large room in Shepherds Bush in friendly house

Hi! My housemates are moving out of our homey flat so I’m looking for a new friendly person or a couple to take their room.

We have a large Double bedroom for rent in a 2 room flat near Shepherds Bush /White City.

The room is very spacious and bright and the the flat also offers shared
patio/garden, open plan living room/kitchen and separate office space.

Corner shop and Local Sainbury's are only couple of minutes walk away. White City Shopping centre is a 10 min walk with very good transport links with central line and Hammersmith/circle just 10min away.

Moments away from the High Street with all different stores and takeaways.

You will be sharing the house with me. I’m 26 and work in PR and I’m in the office 3/4 days a week. I’m easy going, very friendly and tidy. I love reading, film, cooking, re-discovering the city. I’m always up to have drink together and hang out after work chat while cooking and watching tv. Still, I also enjoy my own space and I’m very respectful of others too.

I lived here for over three years and love it! This is great if you’re looking for a homey and welcoming space where people can get along with and with a friendly atmosphere that we can all enjoy.

It is great neighbourhood and great location. Patio/garden is perfect for summer dinners or weekend BBQ.

The rent is £1350 and bills are not included but it’s usually £100-130 per person.
