Move into our large beautiful home! :)

****IMPORTANT**** We are looking for a girl (sorry boys!) to fill the small room from Sept 2024 to Feb 2025. In February, you get to move into the BIG room (pic below) as Abby is getting married and leaving the flat. From February 2025, I'd like this flat to transition to 2 people instead of 3. So the rent will be £595 for the first 6 months and then £950 starting from February 2025.

Okay... with that behind us, here's a bit of info about us and the flat!

We are two girls, looking for a third addition to join our flatmate family. We are fun and sociable and are looking for someone relaxed, friendly and clean, who will be up for taking part in the chilled out flat life. We both have active social lives, but when we are home we love to go on walks at the little park around the corner, watch movies with a glass of wine by the fireplace on, or have chats in the kitchen whilst cooking or baking.

We are looking for a girl who is kind, easy-going, fun, and friendly. This is a true home for us, a place where we all can enjoy each others company and really become friends. AND this home truly has a very homey feel.

The house is on a nice, quiet, tree-lined street with loads of shops and amenities nearby. There is also a really nice park just around the corner.

It has a large mezzanine kitchen, complete with dishwasher and large dinner table. Perfect for dinner parties! We also have a cleaner every other week which is already included in bills, which is soooo nice.

There is a large living room with a fully functional gas fireplace, TV (with Netflix, Amazon etc.).

The room itself is small and cosy with a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers and plenty of light.

The room is a tad small so please consider this factor which I would say is the only downside to living here. BUT you will only be in this room for the first 6 months, which will fly by! But compared with many London flats, the shared living space and kitchen are super large (especially for the price), which makes up for the room size. And although there is limited storage space in the room, there is also a storage space available in the rest of the flat. For example, in our living room you will have 2 large cupboards underneath the built-in shelves in the lounge, plus there's a lot of extra space in the spacious attic/loft.

The flat is extremely well connected. It is within a 15 min walk from Shepherds Bush (on the central and overground lines), 7 mins from Shepherds Bush Market (H&C and Circle lines), as well as White City and Wood lane (central lines, 10 mins). There is also a 24 hour 207 bus going into town from 5 mins walk away. There's also the 283, 260, and several other buses too which go into Shepherd’s Bush and on into central, or towards White City and Hammersmith/Fulham.

Deposit - £666.67.
Rent - £595 to be paid by the 25th of each month in advance.
Bills - approx £150 per month all inc (bi-weekly cleaner, council tax, water, gas, elec, cleaning products, and broadband)
Move in date – 1st September (but could be a bit sooner!)
