Newly refurbished double bedroom in a 3-bed house

Hello our future flatmate!
Welcome to our beautiful, newly refurbished house with massive garden, jacuzzi, brand new living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms & the chill-out loft:)
Your room has new floors, new lights, has been newly painted and the furniture has been bespokely made for it.
We are looking for an individual or a couple who is sociable, enjoys being around/ a glass of wine after work (maybe in the jacuzzi), is easy going & likes to have a good laugh as we definitely provide a lot of entertainment:)))
We have 2 cats so it's probably better if you at least do not hate them or don’t have any cat allergies :)
Generally speaking, we are located 3-4 mins walk to East Acton Station, 10 seconds to the massive park (Wormwood Scrubs), 5 mins walking to the shopping centre and big Lidl with best and cheapest stuff.
£1000 pcm (bills included in the price)/ £1,250 for a couple (bills included). Room is available from 3rd Aug - our current flatmate moves out on 17th Aug, but we are keen to get someone earlier to our loft (spare room) as we have holidays between 11-18th Aug .
