Double room in a 3-bed house (W12 0AU)

Hello our future flatmate!
Welcome to our beautiful house with massive garden, jacuzzi, brand new living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, chill-out loft & fully insulated garden shed:) It’s only 2 of us living here - Natalia & Andrea and we are a couple. We are looking for an individual or a couple for our 2nd double bedroom. Apart from that we have loft & garden shed which we keep empty for the guests or smart working.
We are looking for an individual or a couple who is sociable, enjoys a glass of wine after work (maybe in the jacuzzi), is easy going & likes to have a good laugh as we definitely provide a lot of entertainment:)))
We have 2 cats so it's probably better if you at least do not hate them or don’t have any cat allergies :)
Generally speaking, we are located 3-4 mins walk to East Acton Station (W12 0AU), 10 seconds to the massive park (Wormwood Scrubs), 5 mins walking to the shopping centre and big Lidl with best and cheapest stuff.
£1100 pcm (bills included in the price)/ £1,250 for a couple (bills included). The room is available from Saturday, 8th Nov 26.
