Small double available in a big flat

*** We can’t accept students*** Hi guys! We are Pati and Chrissie and we're looking for our new flatmate to come and join us in our very spacious flat, unfortunately our amazing flatmate is moving to be closer to work. Move in date is slightly flexible, between 2nd of September and 2nd of October.

We have a small double bedroom going, with king size bed (with two handy drawers) and a huge wardrobe. You'd be sharing the bathroom with only one other person. The room gets an afternoon sun so it's nice and bright. The rent is £713.34 and the bills come up to £89.54 and that’s based on winter months. We also have a fortnightly cleaner who comes to clean the communal areas and that is £20 pp per month.

The flat is really spacious spread over two floors, with a big eat in kitchen and a big shared lounge. Unfortunately no garden or balcony but we're close to four parks perfect for the sunny days. There is loads of buses within 2 mins walk taking you to down to Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith, Acton, Maida Vale. Two tube stations within 10m mins walk and the famous Westfield 15 mins walk. We have a small Sainsbury's just behind the corner and bigger supermarkets bus journey away. We are off Uxbridge Road in the Groves area with few pubs and restaurants around.

A bit about us: Pati is 36 originally from Poland working as a PA and Chrissie is 26 from Cheltenham and owns her own business + working in a cafe + freelancing in the fashion world. We're both very easy going, work hard and love socialising.

We are looking for a clean, tidy and respectful female professional to come and join us.
