Dbl room in Shep Bush (long and short lets)

My flatmate Christel and I are looking for a new flatmate.

We’re looking for someone to move in July or August (dates can be adjusted) for a year lease. We will also consider shorter lets.

The flat is in a Victorian era building with lots of charm. There are big windows and wooden floors throughout the flat and beautiful tall ceillings!

One of the perks of the flat is that you’ll also have the living to yourself as the other rooms are larger than the one on offer currently, which means that I rarely use the living room as I’m
mostly working from my room.

We are looking for someone nice and clean, who can make a great 3rd roommate. Christel and I are both professionals, so we prefer someone with a steady income who can pay their bills on time and keep communal spaces nice and tidy. Students will be considered also :)

Christel owns a cafe on Golborne Road in Notting Hill and I work as a freelance Videographer.

We both have an eye for design and love to keep our spaces minimal, tidy and clutter-free.
