Large room in large house

This is a 4 bed house over 3 floors with one occupant (me). I am the owner and have been refurbishing this property over the last year and built a new loft conversion and bedroom. Therefore you’d have your own bathroom on the first floor. The two spare rooms haven’t been decorated yet and store most of my things. It’s an on going project but as I do it myself it’s not constantly noisy or has any builders round but hence the price is cheaper than anything else around. Your bathroom Has recently been done so is brand new. The stairs are exposed floorboards as is the bedroom available (Although there is a rug), there’s a double bed and a wardrobe. This is only open to short let’s. Everything included. Internet, council tax, bills.
