We’re two friendly laid-back Londoners, sociable but it’s not a party house, and we have 2 cavapoos so need someone dog friendly :)
It’s a bright and spacious house with a suntrap zen patio garden & shared courtyard. Property is very secure - private gated Victorian school building (listed building). There are two bathrooms (one shower/bath) that are both shared by all.

Transport wise we’re a short walk to Ravenscourt Park, and a 25 minute walk into Shepherd’s Bush (Westfield, central line, Hammersmith & city line, overland trains) and with good bus connections too.
