Floor to ceiling wardrobe, ample storage and parquet floor. It comes furnished with a beautiful rattan bed with a tempur mattress and two side tables. There is a bookshelf and window overlooking one of the area's most beautiful garden which you can enjoy. Next to the room is a 5 piece family bathroom to be shared.

Its been newly tiled and painted. I live with my son and looking for a quiet professional individual, no parties, no sleepovers as my son studying for his A levels. Also please enjoy the beautiful kitchen - but use should not overlap.

I welcome dogs and will even dog sit. Common areas are stairway and bathroom - they require shared cleaning duties. We can play it by ear on occasional guests.
