Single bedroom / Shepherd's Bush

Hello,
I am a 35-year old professional, French and Polish binational, looking for a flatmate in a two-bedroom flat in the Shepherd’s Bush area.

The flat is located between Acton Central and Shepherd’s Bush Market station, with plenty of bus options as well. There is also a large Tesco nearby. There is a spacious common area / living room, and the flat underwent recent refurbishing work.

The flat is available now but please note we would most probably need a few days to get references sorted and to make an agreement, so agreeing on a move-in date on 1 July is also an option.

Housemate preferences:

Working professional, employed / salaried and preferably able to provide proof of steady income. Punctual payment of rent on the first of the month is a must and I’m afraid I may not be able to book a viewing with you if you are working as a freelancer or similar. Thank you for your understanding.

I have been sharing flats in London for about 10 years and I have always been respectful of the time and privacy of my former housemates. Although I am fairly introverted and keep mostly to myself, I am happy to socialise and watch the occasional football game or similar events when time allows. I work in the translation industry and my interests also include attending sporting events, music, gaming, history and running.

The landlord will be expecting the payment of the first month up front plus the equivalent of one month’s rent as deposit, i. e. £695 + £695.

The rent covers the fixed monthly expenses, ie. council tax, water and Internet.
