I have a double room with own roof terrace available in my maisonette near Askew Road and Wendell Park. The flat is shared with myself and a 28-year-old Australian teacher, who lives here long-term. I also have a small hypoallergenic Maltipoo dog, Harley.
In addition to it's own roof terrace, the room has a ton of built in storage, a desk with an SAD light and an electric piano (can be removed if not wanted).
The room shares a bathroom with one other person and this features a huge bath tub perfect for relaxing.
The flat also has a kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer etc.
If wanted only for short term let, this is possible but the rent is £1,300 per month
