I (27M) am a working professional in Finance in the City and recent Master's graduate from Durham University. I will be moving into the apartment on April 21st. Come August, my partner (27F) will move in with me. We are both former European professional athletes. There is currently 1 one other flatmate who is 30F and a working professional from Australia.

The flat is in a quiet neighborhood with a church and primary school in the area so it is very quiet in the evenings. Bike storage in front of the building. The flat comes furnished with furniture, beds, kitchenware, and a TV.

The landlord is local and owns multiple properties in the area (W12). I can accommodate flexible move-in plans for those interested. Our household values include kindness, respect, and cleanliness, particularly in shared spaces. We emphasize basic etiquette, and quiet hours for working professionals, and prohibit late-night gatherings, smoking, vaping.

The flat's location offers excellent accessibility: it is within a 3-5 minute walk to the Shepherds Bush Market Hammersmith & Circle Underground stations, and a 15-minute walk to the Shepherd's Bush Central Line Underground. My commute to the City is approximately 30 minutes, reaching Moorgate or Liverpool Street directly.

In terms of amenities, the flat is ideally situated for both shopping and dining. Westfield London and W12 Shopping Centre are within a 10-minute walking distance. Local grocery stores are just a minute away, with larger supermarkets like Tesco Express, Sainsbury's, Lidl, and Tesco Superstore ranging from 3 to 20 minutes on foot. Additionally, the high street, offering a variety of restaurants and shops, is a 2-minute walk, with Westfield’s dining options 8-10 minutes away and Hammersmith’s extensive dining scene within a 30-minute walk.
