- Proper double bed (not a lil 3/4!) with plenty of under bed storage
- Spacious wardrobe and dresser (latter is not pictured as I didn’t need it, fits in the space where my desk currently is)
- Southwest facing so lots of lovely sun

💘 The common spaces 💘
- 2.5 bathrooms
- Open plan kitchen, diner and living room with lots of space for socialising
- Lovely patio space perfect for socialising in the summer
- Amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer (and because bills are included* we don’t have to worry about using them too much!)
- * WiFi not included, but this is only £5.60 /month
- Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave, etc.

🌸 The area 🌸
- Super safe and peaceful area with easy access to everything you need
- 10 mins walk to Lidl, 10 mins to Sainsbury’s Local and 15 mins to Tesco
- 20-25 mins walk to Westfield Shepherd’s Bush
- 10 mins walk to East Acton station, taking you to Oxford Circus in 35 minutes door-to-door (Central line is also a night tube which is very handy!)
- 20 mins walk to Wood Lane station on Circle and Hammersmith and City lines
- Lots of bus routes on Uxbridge Road, which can take you to Shepherd’s Bush station (overground and national rail) in 20 mins door-to-door
- Lots of great parks around, including Ravenscourt Park, Chiswick House and Gardens, and Hyde Park is also very easy to access on the Central line (a personal fave!)
