Askew road is a 1-2min walk, with all the local amenities, coffee shops etc (Burnt, Gails etc) as well as Ravenscourt park right behind the flat. Short walk to Hammersmith riverside with loads of good pubs and Crisp W6 pizza

Abit about me:
i'm 31, working freelance in the film industry, have lived in the flat for 4 years with a friend, but she's now moving on to live with her partner.

Ideally the replacement tenant is a working professional (no students), I tend to travel away with work a fair bit, so sometimes I can be a bit of a passing ship,

Bills are not included in the rent, and come to roughly £180 a month on top. (wifi/council tax/ gas & electric / water)
