Short term let

I am moving away for a few months to be closer to work while I get settled in and therefore my existing room is available for a short term let of up to two months.

There will be no agency fees and there will be an agreement between us for the rent (this is not for a charge this is just to formalise the arrangement).

There will be flexibility if you need to leave early and we can discuss around that if it ever happens. Rent is as stated in the ad and this includes all bills. We will not be taking a security deposit but in the interest of securing the room we would need the rent paid up front for one month, and will need at least 1 month notice for leaving for whatever reason.

I will be dealing with the rent and the bills (which will be included) and if you would prefer to bring your own furniture or would like a wardrobe or drawers let me know and I can look into sourcing some. The room is furnished with just a bed at this time.

The flat has been newly renovated, the living room and kitchen and bath room have all been redone in the past 4 years.
