Double room in Shepherds Bush

Double room available in Shepherds Bush in a 4 bedroom house. 2 others live in the house, we keep the 3rd for visitors/ storage.

Combined living and kitchen area, 1 bathroom/shower upstairs, 1 toilet downstairs.

Living with 2 others. Paul, 38 from the area and Damian 42 and Irish.

Looking for someone whose chilled and easy going. Someone who neat and cleans up as they go along and gets involved with weekly cleaning also.

Bills not included but divided by three, they udually work out around £100 each - less in the summer.

Room comes with fitted wardrobe, there is a desk available it needed also. Room does not come with a bed, but we have a spare bed frame (but no mattress) if needed.

20 minute walk to Shepherds Bush and Shepherds Bush Market and Ravenvourt Park statiome and buses run up and down Uxbridge Road including the SL8.

Shops, restaurants, pubs, gyms all nearby.

Must be LGBT friendly.
