Double Room in a Chill/Relaxed and Friendly Home

The room is on the 1st floor with a window overlooking the garden in a fun and social but very chill house (deffo not a party house, sometimes we do throw them but only if everyone has agreed on a date etc.)☺️ We like cooking/eating together and hosting bbqs in the garden, cheese and wine nights too💚

We'll be 7 people living in a 6 bed house with a couple sharing the attic room (Shruti and Shravan), they have their own bathroom up there and there are 3 other toilets and 2 other showers, so 3 showers and 4 toilets in total! You'll be sharing the downstairs bathroom with Ankit who is moving into the ground floor room. I'm Tyler and the other housemates are called Beth and Mehek (Mex)💜

Your rent will be £920/month not including bills, which are usually around £70/month but this is not including council tax which we still need to figure out! The deposit for the room is 5 weeks rent which is £1,061.54👍

We all met at university and most of us have already lived in the house together for a year, Shravan and Ankit are the new additions as some of our existing housemates are moving out!
