- top floor flat split across levels so feels spacious and quiet

- two lovely housemates (both guys in their early thirties). Professional household. Clean and considerate. I've been here for 4 years and have had zero issues

- fab location! Literal 1 minute walk from Shepherds Bush Market station (H&C and Circle) and 10 minute walk from Shepherds Bush station (Overground and Central)

- easy access to Westfield, Lidl, Television Centre, bustling high street of shops and restaurants

- please note there is a £50 one off change of tenant fee covering the relevant costs that will be paid by the new tenant

- contract is for the house as a whole not individuals. We are allowed one tenant substitute every 12 months (which I'm actioning now) outside of the main contract time running til May 2026
