Hello everyone,
We have a spare room in our flat ideally to move in from the 1st of November. Located in Shepherds Bush / Hammersmith area. Post code is W12 8QP for reference. Looking for someone to stay long term. We are 2 guys and a girl living in the flat: Elliot a teacher, Louis a composer and Carla cabin crew. Nationalities 3 british. Ages from 26 to 32 so ideally looking for someone on the same age range. Preferably looking for a girl so our Carla is not outnumbered!
If you re a student you re more than welcome if you agree to pay council tax.
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, chair, desk and wardrobes and a small built in wardrobe for storage. Please excuse my messy room on the pictures!
Generally is a pretty quiet place as we all have our own routine but we all do get on very well and hang out together, there is a very friendly vibe.
The spare room is upstairs facing the back of the house is very quiet and you ll be sharing the toilet just with one other. We have cleaning turns every week to keep the place clean and tidy.
Open plan kitchen-living room with plenty of storage and all the appliances needed.
The flat is managed by an agency so is very easy to get things fixed etc. The location is perfect as we are close to central and a 30min drive/plublic transport to Heathrow. Tube stations nearby: Shepherds Bush, Goldhawk Road Station and Hammersmith Station. If you drive you ll need to get a parking permit from the Hammersmith and Fulham Council. Best feature of the flat is having Westfield Shopping Centre nearby! Plenty of shops nearby and supermarkets like Tesco, Sunsbury and Lidl.
Rent is £740 plus £115 ish for bills so all together comes up to £854 a month. We pay every first of the month which is good value considering the size and location of the flat. There is a £750 deposit.
