We’re looking for someone to move into a room in a top floor flat in Shepherds Bush W12.

It’s a double room with built in shelf storage and comes with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Move in date is 4/10/24 and rent is £900 per month. It’s a two bedroom flat with one bathroom (shower/bath) and a lounge/kitchen with a combined washer/dryer, and dining room table set.
Bills aren’t included and generally cost around £120/130 per person in addition to rent.

You’ll be sharing with a funny, kind and social Italian woman 🇮🇹 (30 y/o) who works full time, cooks incredible food and is always up for a cup of tea and a chat!

Looking for someone tidy and clean, social and respectful.
