Large Double Room

Located on Boscombe Road in Shepherds Bush.

We consist of 6 women and 1 man, aged from 21-23, we'd love someone similar to our age to join us. Some of us are full-time employed, and some are doing a master's, we all get along nicely, and it's a sociable house, there's a good local pub to us as well!

We have a cleaner who comes once a week as well as a gardener. All of the bills are included as well as council tax.

We've had a housemate have to drop out last minute, so the turnaround for finding a new housemate is very short- the contract starts on the 26th of August and is a 1 year tenancy.

The kitchen is split into two, each side having a sink, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hobs as well as a fridge freezer.
There's a spacious dining area with chairs and tables, the garden also has some furniture outside, so it's a nice place to spend some time with your friends.

There are two spacious bathrooms, each with a large shower and a bath, and a lovely view of the garden.
