Single Room | Shepherd’s Bush | 2min to tube

Hi girls!
We have a single room available in our 4 bed flat in Shepherd's Bush from 1st October. Our lovely housemate is unfortunately leaving us to return home to Australia.

The rent is £695 pcm with bills not included (bills usually around between £80 to £100 pcm). Aware the room is small but can assure you the flat and flatmates are all lovely!

Flat is literally a 2 min walk to Goldhawk road tube, Sainsbury’s and Tesco. 10 min walk to Shepherd's Bush Station (central line/overground), Lidl, Waitrose, and Westfield, to covers all bases!

It's a friendly flat, where we like the odd Netflix night, but also appreciate each others space. Whilst we are a sociable flat, it's a flat of working professionals, so is not a party flat.

You would be living with:
Becky (F), working in fashion, creative hobbies, shameless love island fan but also appreciate a good doc 🤣
Hastings (M), works in PR, up for a chat any time of day, major cooking and picnic enthusiast
Nacho (M), works as a researcher at Imperial, is a good cook(?), will offer for you to try every meal he makes 😋

We'd love someone of similar age and a young professional. We are an LGBT+ friendly household.
