Looking for a Flatmate

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a friendly and responsible flatmate to share my studio apartment in Shepherd’s Bush (Zone 2). The flat is conveniently located near the station, with 24-hour bus services and plenty of amenities nearby.

You’ll be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom with me. I’m looking for someone who is calm, tidy, and clean, and who makes sure to clean up after themselves – that’s really important to me. Preferably a student, but I’m open to others as well.

Rent and bills will be split evenly. It’s a great place for someone who values a peaceful and well-connected location.
