Hi all, we have a large en-suite room opening up in our 3 bed flat in W12. Room suitable for a professional female in her 20’s/early 30th. £1100month + bills (if preferable there is potential to take a smaller room which is cheaper instead)
Open to couples if they are the right fit.

Less than 10 minute to Westfield and Next Door Records is literally next door - what more could you want… Also stones throw from Goldhawk Road.

You’ll be living with two 27 year old aussie girls, both active, enjoy travelling, sociable - love a wine in and Netflix but also a ratchet night out. It’s never a dull moment in this house (in the best way possible)

Tash - full time maths/PE teacher (if you need help with fractions she’s your girl), enjoys playing sport and any excuse to get outside, clean organised gal of the household, loves any excuse to eat out.

Ellie - works in fitness (free gym perks), the laid back member of the household, loves a trip to soho house (half price Sunday roast perks), bit chaotic but in a cute way.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of our household, we all live our own lives but like getting together for catch ups in the evening and events on weekends.
