Small Double Bedroom + Separate Working Space

We are looking for someone to join us in our 4 bedroom flat from the middle of October. The bedroom is quite snug but there is plenty of room in the attic space to have a desk and some space to put a chair/small couch (see pictures).
The rent is for both the double room and the attic, with all bills, council tax and broadband WiFi included. The deposit will be £1197 (slightly higher than in the ad)

The flat is located right on Westway in W12 and is a 10 minute walk to White City (Central Line) or 12 minute walk to Wood Lane (HS&C + Circle). It’s on a busy road but the rooms and living room face the other side of the flat so the noise is totally fine. It’s a quick bike from Shepherds Bush Market as well as Notting Hill (more info about the location below).

You’d be living with Anton and Nathaniel, both of whom are classical singers. We have another room that’s becoming available on 16 October so we will be joined by a fourth member.

Anton studies at the Royal Academy of Music and loves cooking, theatre, museums and fitness. Nathaniel just graduated from the Academy and is into climbing, running and will head out for pubs/music if anyone would want to join.

We’re looking for an open-minded, kind and considered person, someone who’d be friendly to hang out sometimes and have some occasional shared meals and such. It’s important to us to have a sense of community to create a space that really feels like home. We like to keep the communal areas clean so we’re looking for someone who’d be into that as well. There will be some occasional music practicing in the flat so would work well for a musician or just somebody who wouldn't mind! It wouldn't be too often and Nathaniel occasionally teaches some voice lessons from his room as well. The flat is especially suitable for someone who works from home or is a student as the attic can be used as an office/studying space (although you can use it any other way you want too).

More about the area:
The house is only a few steps away from the bus stop White City Estate.
The nearest supermarkets are Tesco express (8 min walk), Lidl (9 min by bus or 19 min by foot), Shepherd's Bush Green with many supermarkets like Superdrug, Boots, One Below, Lidl, Holland and Barrett, Sainsbury's (12 min by bus or 20 min by foot) and the big Westfield Shopping Centre with pretty much every store you’ll ever need (about a 15 min. walk).
7 minutes by foot to the nearest hospital/GP practice.
11 minute walk to the beautiful fields of Wormwood Scrubs. Great for running or just walking. They also have an outdoor-gym.
