Alicia is tidy, organised, and ensures a relaxed, harmonious living environment.
🎀 Rent & Bills:
- Rent is £1075 per month, with bills paid separately.
🎀 Availability:
- The property is available from 1st December or can be made available from 1st January – whichever suits you best.

You will be taking over my tenancy on an existing agreement, managed by Dexters. As part of the process, you will be required to undergo a full referencing procedure, and a guarantor may be necessary depending on the outcome of your referencing checks.
