The flat sits on a quiet street, a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Uxbridge Road. A 4-minute walk to Shepherd's Bush Market station and a 12-minute walk to Shepherd's Bush station gives you easy access to the Hammersmith & City, Central, and Overground lines – you can reach central London within thirty minutes. You are also a short walk from Westfield Shopping Centre, several supermarkets, and a wide array of restaurants and shops offering food from all over the world in the diverse community of Shepherd's Bush. For those who enjoy walking or jogging, Shepherd's Bush Green and Wormholt Park are right down the street.

Bills: All bills are included in the price (including council tax - Band C) except gas & electricity, which are usually £40–60 per person per month from November to February, and vary between approximately £20-40 per person during the spring, summer, and autumn months.
