Hi all,

I have a small double room available in a 5-bed house in Shepherd’s Bush and am urgently looking for someone to take over my room. You’d be living with four other working professionals, aged 23–30. The house has a really warm, cosy feel, and the landlord is helpful and quick with any repairs.

Key details:
• 💷 £820 per month for a small double room
• 🏠 Unfurnished property, but there is a bed in the room that I’m happy to leave
• 📅 Flexible move-in date, ideally anytime before 12th January 2026
• 🌿 House includes a garden and a large open-plan living/kitchen/dining area/ study
• 🚇 Around 15 minutes’ walk to Shepherd’s Bush Market station (Circle & Hammersmith & City lines)
• 🚌 5-minute walk to bus stops, with buses to Shepherd’s Bush (Central Line) or Hammersmith (Piccadilly Line) in about 15 minutes

There are a few T&Cs as the room is not officially listed on the tenancy agreement, but the landlord will be aware of your stay. I’m happy to explain this in more detail if you message me.
