Looking for 1 person to join a lovely Hammersmith household in a short term let 🌸

£833pcm incl bills, move in 1st December and move out 14th March

🏘️ The house has two balconies, a shared living area, and is a short walk to Stamford Brook station . The room is a good size size with a desk, and there’s loads of storage with extra shelves, a cupboard, and pull out shelves beneath the bed too.

🎫 You’ll be a 20 min walk to Hammersmith Eventim Apollo, so v easy access to the centre of Hammersmith

🚊25 min tube ride to Notting Hill, Portobello Road Market, South Kensington. Easy access to central London as well, with direct buses to Oxford Circus in 40 minutes.

🛒 5 min walk to Sainsbury’s or Co-op, and a big Sainsbury’s is also a 12 min walk away

🛍️ 20 min bus ride to Westfield Shepherds Bush

🌿 Right next to Ravenscourt Park (2 min walk), or 20 min tube ride to Hyde Park as well

🍻 Loadsss of pubs sprawled across, just 5 mins from your doorstep (The Eagle, The Duchess, The Raven)

✨ you’d be living in a house with a couple - a non binary person and their boyfriend - they’re both really lovely people, sociable, and really respectful. They both work in the music industry and just all round very wholesome people ❤️

For context, this is currently my partner’s room, and he’s moving out on the 1st of December, so needs someone to take his place till March (the house will be sold after this)
