Large Double, Friendly House With Garden🌷🍕🎹

We are a friendly household in a really homely end of terrace house. Our housemate Oli is sadly moving out of the country in January so we're looking for a person to share our beautiful house with, which is situated on a quiet street in Shepherd's Bush. We have been living in this house for a while and we truly love it!

The available bedroom is a large and bright double room and comes with a wardrobe, a double bed, bedside table, a desk and shelving. The garden facing room and large window make it a very pleasant space to work in. The room will be available in January - date to be confirmed

The house is spacious, semi-detached with a large well equipped kitchen/dining room and a big cosy living room, lots of storage and clean & tidy bathroom. Nice garden with lots of greenery and space for BBQs in the summer. It’s very comfortable and feels more like a home than a shared room within a house.

We are all young professionals, Lucie, Mere and Carla. Lucie is a French girl who runs her own business & works for a jewellery company, Mere is our South African Michelin Star Pastry Chef and Carla’s an Irish singer who works in tech. We are all very laid back, work hard and like to relax in the evening. We like to spend time together e. g. watching movies in the living room, getting take aways and going for drinks.

Rent excludes bills, - typically £150 per month, which includes the weekly cleaner bill. The deposit is also 5 weeks rent.

The house sits on a very quiet street (no disruptions for all you light sleepers) and offers great access to shops, restaurants, transport, etc. For example, it's 10mins walk to Shepherd's Bush Market Station (Circle + Hammersmith and City) / 15 mins to Shepherd's Bush Station (Central Line & Overground), and to White City Station (Central Line). Sainsbury's is 3 mins walk away and Westfield shopping center is just down the road, and there are some good bars and restaurants dotted around.
